What we collect
Name, e-mail, delivery address and order history. Card numbers are never stored on our servers — payments are handled by our acquirer under PCI DSS Level 1.
Why
To fulfil your order, to answer enquiries, and — only if you opt in — to tell you about new arrivals.
Who sees it
Our delivery carriers and our payment acquirer, and nobody else. We do not sell customer data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy, a correction or deletion of your data at any time by e-mailing hello@lonkistudio.com.
Retention
Order records for 6 years for tax purposes; marketing consent until you withdraw it.
